Upon confirmation of receiving payment, orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. We only ship to physical addresses in the contiguous United States – we don't ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, and we don't ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. A shipping tracking number will be provided.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order please reach out as soon as possible! We will do our best but cannot guarantee that we will be able to halt shipment of an order.
If you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped, you will need to set up a return and send the material back with an RMA form. The customer is responsible for the initial shipping charges for the order and the shipping charges associated with the return.
ReturnsRETURN PROCESS
1. Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.
2. Select the reason for the return.
3. If you received the wrong item or items that are Damaged or Defective, please take photos of the item and upload photos for verification. Both eBay Customer Service and Pro Plumbing Supply can see them. You can upload as many as 10 photos (PNG, JPEG, BMP, or GIF; max size 5MB). You can add photos until the return process is closed. Uploaded photos can be removed only by contacting eBay Customer Service.
4. Depending on the return reason, either eBay or Pro Plumbing Supply will provide you with a return shipping label and packing slip

8. Pro Plumbing Supply refunds you within 6 business days of receiving the returned item. If you're requesting a new item as part of a replacement or exchange, you have 5 business days to ship the original item back to the seller once you agree to a replacement or exchange. Once Pro Plumbing Supply receives tracking for the return of the original item, we will ship the new item to you within 2-3 business days
All Pro Plumbing Supply products sold here are returnable within 30 days of your purchase for a refund of the price of the order minus the return shipping cost.
We do everything we can to ensure that our items are of a high quality and our orders are accurately filled, but we do make the occasional mistake. If you believe there is an error on our part please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to correct it!

Received the Wrong Products or a Defective or Damaged Package
If your order contains a defective product, please contact us. In order to receive a full refund Pro Plumbing Supply must be notified of defective products within 30 days of receipt and we will require photos for verification. Pro Plumbing Supply will cover return shipping costs but must be notified within 7 days of the delivery date.
